Author Maria Liberati visits to discuss her latest title: The Basic Art of Italian Cooking-Holidays & Special Occasions, a follow-up to her best seller: The Basic Art of Italian Cooking. During her visit, Maria will conduct a cooking demonstration of two appetizers and a pasta dish from her new book, as well as serve a sampling of one of her new custom-blended Tuscan teas.

The Basic Art of Italian Cooking Holidays & Special Occasions contains over 140+ recipes, menus, wine-pairing tips and biographical short stories about Holidays spent in a charming mountain town in Italy. On Sunday Dec 13th from 3:00 to 6:00 in Princeton is the “Cooperative Kitchen” Holiday Kitchen Open House.

The “Cooperative Kitchen” is: Christina Crawford of The Wooden Spoon Catering Company, Nicole Bergman of Simply Nic’s Specialty Foods, Jennifer Carson of Jen’s Cakes and Pastries and Annette Villaverde of Ladybug Luggage Gourmet Cookies & Cakes.
