I tried this recipe and it was not a success for me. I followed the recipe exactly, down to the recommended products, and I think this had too strong of a rich, bland tomato taste. This did not taste like any Tomato Basil soup I have had. I kept going back to the recipe because it seemed as though it was missing something? There just was no other flavor besides the rich tomato flavor. I finally had to use other recipes online to get additional ingredients to make it edible. Not sure where I went wrong, but definitly not what I was expecting.
