Win It Wednesday, Yoplait Plus Acai Yogurt Gift Bag

Everyone at this point has read about the amazing nutritional benefits of Acaí, right? Pronounced (ah-sigh-ee).

Yoplait Yo-Plus yogurt is introducing their newest flavor, Blueberry Acaí, with an exciting giveaway for 3 of our lucky readers.

Blueberry Acaí Yo-Plus is a creamy, fruit-flavored yogurt with live and active probiotic cultures that help regulate your digestive health year-round. Yo-Plus also is a good source of fiber, calcium and vitamins A & D. (I just had one and they’re really tasty.)

The Yo-Plus gift bag includes a coupon for a free 4-pack of Yo-Plus yogurt, Yoplait cooler tote bag, water bottle and a nutrition journal – great for keeping track of your health goals and eating habits.

Just leave a comment and share with us your favorite tip to staying fit and maintaining a nutritional diet this year. (If you don’t have a tip I’m not going to penalize you, don’t worry.) But, be sure to leave your contact email in your entry if your profile doesn’t include one or I will have to pick another number. You can gain an extra entry by Tweeting or Blogging about this Giveaway. You must come back and leave a second comment telling me so to be counted for a second entry.

Deadline for entries is Tuesday, February 21st at 11:59pm. Winners will be chosen with the help of Random.org.

As you all know, I love the power of coupons, so as an added bonus Yo-Plus is now offering a $1.50 off downloadable coupon for a 4-pack of yogurt available at http://bricks.coupons.com/bstart.asp?o=55277&ci=1&c=GM&p=vZpuCdX5

I started taking Acia tablets a couple months ago and they do work! Can’t wait to try the yogurt.
My tip … water, water everywhere! Drink lots of water. It curbs hunger and is great for your skin.

My nutritional tip is to eat yogurt 3X a week, work out 3X week, and eat sensibly, but also enjoy a little treat once a week (like a great homemade cookie, dessert, etc). Otherwise I feel like I’m depriving myself. Terry, The Cook’s Tour. krongold@optonline.net

The yogurt sounds yummy, and the cooler/tote bag would be so handy! I have two great tips…I never go to the grocery store when hungry, (or I’d end up buying too much junk!) and before going to the store, make a list, and stick to it!

    Simple yet very effective!

I have been trying to keep the fridge stocked with fresh fruit and veggies so when I feel like snacking, I can easily grab something. I also have been drinking more water.

I drink lots of water, eat several small meals/snacks through the day, & get outside doing something everyday! ~ :) Thanks!

I prep vegetables as soon as I get home from the store so there are always carrot sticks, celery sticks and sliced peppers available for snacking!

I drink tons of water and eat a mostly raw fruit/vegetable based diet at school with the exception of chicken teriyaki. My number one tip is to exercise at least 30 minutes a day and to drink enough water to replenish that which you lose.

I have increased the amount of vegetables that I eat everyday. I keep a variety of Yogurt on hand for snacks. I walk 5-6 days per week for fitness.

    Thank you!

I do mini meals. I have a meal, then make sure that I have fruit, nuts or granola to snack on for a pick me up.

I try to grow a large portion of what we eat. That way I know exactly what is in it. Then we add healthy foods like yogurt cheese and some whole grains.

I try really hard to drink over 96 oz of water a day. I have a 32 oz bottle that I use and fill up with brita filtered water.

I have been interested in this yogurt but I haven’t purchased it yet.
