		<description>The last time I made these I substituted the rub in the recipe with Costco&#039;s &quot;Sweet Mesquite Rub&quot; and added a tsp. of liquid smoke to the braising liquid.  The consensus was they were the best yet.  So, you can save yourself some time and just purchase the Costco rub.  You&#039;ll find it with the spices.</description>
